This was one of the first projects we undertook—an attractive property in Gillingham acquired by the landlord at auction towards the end of 2025. The building had previously operated as an eight-bedroom HMO but had remained vacant for some time prior to purchase.

Our objective was clear: to revitalise the property and transform it into a high-quality, welcoming living space that contributes positively to the local community. Through thoughtful refurbishment and careful planning, we aimed to bring the property back to life as part of a vibrant and thriving neighbourhood.
